Data protection request
Use this form to exercise a right over personal data held by 1801. It is separate from the sales contact form on purpose: that one asks for a name, a company and a phone number, and asking for those in order to have data deleted would be absurd.
What this form does
It records the request against the address you give and notifies the operator directly. Requests land in a separate category from sales enquiries, so they do not sit in a lead pipeline waiting to be noticed.
Three fields, all of them needed: the e-mail address the data is under, which right you are invoking, and what you want done. Nothing else is asked. The submission stores your IP address and browser user agent for the same anti-abuse reason as any other form on this site, and those are removed after twelve months — see the privacy notice.
Exercising a right is free and you do not have to justify it. You will get a reply within one month, as Article 12(3) GDPR requires. If we cannot work out which record is yours from the address alone, we will ask for the minimum needed to identify it rather than for identity documents. Requests about a customer project or a system we run for a client should say so: in those systems the client is normally the controller, and the request has to be passed to them rather than decided by us.
